Workouts are automatically synced when you complete them in the iOS app. Make sure you're logged into the same account on both the app and website. After finishing a workout, it should appear on your dashboard within a few minutes.
Ensure location services are enabled for Track This Run in your iPhone settings. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Track This Run and select 'While Using the App' or 'Always'. For best results, make sure you have a clear view of the sky when starting your workout.
Navigate to the Friends section from your dashboard. You can search for friends by username or email, send friend requests, and once accepted, you'll see each other's activities and can give kudos on workouts. You'll also appear on the weekly leaderboard together.
Yes! Your workout data syncs with Apple HealthKit on iOS. All your workouts, including GPS routes and heart rate data, are saved to Apple Health and can be accessed by other fitness apps.
Your activity streak counts consecutive days with at least one recorded workout. Log a workout each day to maintain your streak. The app will warn you if you're about to break your streak. Reach milestones at 7, 14, 30, and 100 days!
Track This Run supports Running, Cycling, Walking, Hiking, Swimming, Yoga, and Elliptical workouts. Each activity type has optimized tracking and displays appropriate metrics for that sport.
After completing a workout, our AI analyzes your performance data including pace, heart rate zones, splits, and elevation to provide personalized insights and coaching tips. This feature helps you understand your workout patterns and improve over time.
You can delete your account and all associated data from your dashboard settings. For detailed instructions, visit our Data Deletion page.
Personal records are calculated from workouts synced to Track This Run. Make sure your workouts are syncing properly from the iOS app. Records track your fastest 5K, 10K, half-marathon times, longest distance, and highest elevation gain.
The weekly leaderboard ranks you and your friends by total distance covered during the current week (Monday to Sunday). It updates in real-time as workouts are logged. Compete for the top spot and earn bragging rights!
